TODAY sees the beginning of the Little League South African Baseball Championships which will be held at Londt Park in Port Elizabeth.
Boys and girls will participate in the following divisions: U/10, U/12 / U/15 and U/18.
The Mandela Bay Baseball Team (former EP side) have several father and sons playing in all the divisions, so there is a keen interest in this baseball spectacular.
Baseball games will be played from 08:30 till 17:30. Entrance is free.
Games will be played today and tomorrow with the finals of all the different divisions to be played on Saturday.?
The Little League follows the Baseball National Championships for senior teams which was held at the same venue last week. The public are invited to come and see how fast the game of baseball is.
