=AN overloaded taxi transporting 22 learners, last Thursday overturned at the corner of Innes and Ruddle Streets in Uitenhage. None of the passengers nor the driver were injured. The Uitenhage police seized the vehicle and a case of reckless and negligent driving was opened. RIGHT: The sleek tyres of the taxi.
