THE Uitenhage Lions Club’s popular Seniors Spring Lunch will be held on September 29th at the Despatch Town Hall from 12:00 to 14:00.
“This service is provided to the elderly free of charge as a form of appreciation for their contribution to the advancement of the communities of Uitenhage and Despatch during their economically active years,” said Marie Oberholzer from the Uitenhage Lions Club.
The lunch consists of a full three course meal for seniors aged 65 and older. Only 180 seniors can be accommodated. Bookings are essential.
