DO you fear public speaking? Then join the Toastmasters Uitenhage group as a guest during their next meeting.
According to Rene Kleinbooi, vice president public relations for Toastmasters Uitenhage, “Toastmasters provides a supportive and positive environment where members have the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership skills.”
Toastmasters Uitenhage meets each second and fourth Saturday of each month at 10:00 at the Salvation Army hall, 1 Billson Street.
Toastmasters International is a worldwide non-profit educational organisation that empowers individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders.
Since 1924 it has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators and leaders.
Toastmasters Uitenhage’s next meeting is on Saturday, July 22nd at 10:00. The August meetings are on the 12th and 26th.
