DIRK Ellis Volkswagen is set to present the Gamtoos Ferry Canoe Marathon at the Gamtoos Ferry Hotel on Sunday, September 30.
The event consists of four distances: long course of 20km, short course of 10km and 5km and a guppy course (u.8, u.10 and u.12) of 3km. Registration is at 09:00, while racing will paddle off at 10:00. The entry fee is R150 for seniors and juniors, and R80 for guppies. The entry fee includes a boerewors roll and cold drink.
